do you eat beautifully?

if you’re reading this site you are probably a mommy and pressed for time, but are you taking the extra step of eating to be beautiful?  I’m not just talking about eating for weightloss or maintenance but eating for a real glow to your skin.

 Our skin is our largest organ and it radiates when it’s properly hydrated and maintained.   I notice a huge difference when I eat good salads and lots of veggies… speaking of veggies, we’re going to harvest our first 2 zuchinis tomorrow morning for dinner!! A lot of people are taking supplements, that’s important but equally important is eating for health and beauty.
